金士顿科技公司(以下简称金士顿)保证其产品无材料或制作过程上人为的缺点。依据下列情况及条件限制，金士顿针对已证实之材料或制造过程中人为失误的产品以交换方式处理，提供维修或换货的服务。交换的产品可能是新品或功能正常同新品之重工品。金士顿若无法维修或更换此项产品时，将会在申请保固时以该项产品的现值进行退费。本保固条款不涵盖因不当的安装、意外事件、滥用、误用、自然灾害、不足或过量的电源供应、异常的机械故障或环境因素或任何未授权之拆卸、维修或更改而对产品造成的损害。本条款亦不涵盖原始外观经过变更、涂改、或移除，未被妥善处理或包装，以二手货品出售的任何产品。
本保固包含依上述保固期间，金士顿故障品的维修、换货或退费。金士顿不负责保固期间所产生之服务及安装金士顿产品的相关费用。
